FAQ

Q: When will I be charged?

A: You will be charged upfront when you first join. Your monthly subscription will automatically renew on the same day each month until you pause or cancel your membership.

Q: Will I receive tracking for my print club mail?

A: No, print club mail is sent in an untracked envelope. If you have an open order and selected tracked mail at checkout, print club mail will be combined with the tracked order. Please only combine your print club order with a larger order at checkout if you're okay with the full order being shipped together following the print club mail timeline.

Q: Can I skip a monthly payment?

A: Yes; login to your account, click Subscriptions > Active Subscription > Skip Payment.

Q: When will I receive my print club mail?

A: There are two mail out dates each month. First mail out date is within the first half of the month. Second mail out date is within the second half of the month. Based on the day you subscribed within the month (the day your subscription renews), your order will fall into one of the mail out dates. The mail out dates for each month will be updated in this description.
