Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to request a refund or cancel your order, you may do so only before your order has shipped. Please email me as soon as possible at vickyisdrawing(at)gmail with your order number and request.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

Returns & Refunds After Shipping

I do not accept returns or offer refunds after an order has shipped. All sales are final once your order is on its way to you.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me at vickyisdrawing(at)gmail so I can help resolve the issue.
