When will my order arrive?

Jan 2, 2026 update: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days and then shipped out using the selected shipping method. If you haven't received an update on your order within a week, feel free to reach out at vickyisdrawing@gmail.com

U.S. orders are shipped untracked via USPS First-Class Mail and arrive in 1-5 business days after processing. Keychains, washi tapes, and prints larger than 5" x 7" will ship with tracking.

 

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

We do not accept refunds or exchanges once an order has been shipped. However, if you placed an order by mistake and it has not been shipped yet, email vickyisdrawing@gmail.com and I'll get it cancelled for you!
